Arnprior-McNab Ringette Association

2010-2011 Season Registration

Where: Nick Smith Centre – Arena “B”

When: Mon. June 7th & Mon June 14thMon. June 7th & Mon June 14th – 2 Nights Only

Time: 7 – 9 pm

 

It is that time of year again!! In order to have another successful season, the planning and organization of the 2010-201no later than June 30th.

If you miss our Registration Nights, please complete the Registration Form and send it to the AMRA Registrar no later than June 30th; otherwise, the early registration discount will not be available.

Complete Registration consists of the following:

1. Completed registration form and bring to NSC on registration night.

2. New players must include a photocopy of their Birth Certificate at time of registration.

3. Provide Payment

Two post-dated cheques required each for ˝ of total fees. 
First cheque dated September 4th, 20

Late registrations received will be given priority on a first-come/first-served basis (waiting list may apply).

*NOTE:  Each player is required to pay $20.00 fee which will be used for the home tournament, instead of providing a gift for the raffle table.  Gift donations will not be collected.  Please add to player fee and pay either in 1 or 2 installments. (refer to “Payment” below)

 

Early Registration Discount only applies to registrations received before June 30.  Family discount ($15) applies to 2nd child only.  No discounts apply to Bunny and 3rd and subsequent player, as fees are already subsidized fee. 

Payment: Cheques payable to AMRA must be included with your registration.  Post dated cheques dated September 3, 2010 and/or October 1, 2010.  Players who have received Try-Out Releases for a higher level of play (A/AA) in another association must also register now with AMRA.  Cheques will not be cashed until try-outs are finalized. 

 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!  We need your support!!  We count on parent and player support throughout the season.  All parents are expected to time/score keep and/or run shot clocks at home games from time to time during the season.  Your team manager/delegate will assign a schedule.  If interested in joining the Tournament Committee or Director of Public Relations, please sign up today..

Annual home tournament is December 10-12, 2010(Date may change).  All parents are expected to volunteer a few hours that weekend.  (about 3 hours per player)
