$550	A - Level	4 games - shot clock	15 min
$450	B & C Level - All age categories	3 games	15 min

Applications must be received by Saturday, November 7, 2009, with payment (cheques or money orders payable to Arnprior-McNab Ringette Association) to confirm registrations. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. Please include a copy of original TRF with your application form. A $200.00 administration fee (per team) will be retained for withdrawal after November 14^{th. Receipt of
application and/or a cheque does not guarantee a spot in the tournament.}

(Teams will be advised of acceptance or otherwise on or before November 28, 2009)

This is an ORA sanctioned tournament. Sanction rules will apply.

Games may start Friday, December 11th, 9:00 am

Finals will be played on Sunday, December 13th

Game schedule will be e-mailed to team contact 2 weeks prior to tournament
